Tired. Distracted. Burnt out. Too Busy?
I don't know about you, but we ended 2019 feeling a few too many of these adjectives...
Buuuut that is not the how we plan to start the new year and new decade.
In 2020 and the coming decade, we want to chase dreams, work hard, live life with more intention, focus, and clarity. For us, it feels like our constant connectivity has become a constant distraction.
So, we are going to do something a little bit different and, if I am honest, SCARY - as it feels a little bit like social and professional suicide - BUT we can't fight this feeling any longer - we need a break...from screens.
For the month of January we are stepping away from the constant scroll for a digital detox.
