By accessing this website in any manner, including browsing the site, you (the “user,” “buyer,” “vendor,” or any other person or organization) accept and agree to the terms of use set forth below which will constitute a binding agreement between You and Bought Beautifully ("Agreement"). This agreement includes the terms of use, and any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. In addition, you agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. This agreement applies to all users of the site, including users who are customers, vendors, shoppers, and contributors on the site. Bought Beautifully is an online platform that exists to: 1) share information about products and organizations that are available to consumers; 2) provide a marketplace platform where products are available for purchase; and 3) be a source of information and inspiration on how to live out your faith in the 21st century economy.
Bought Beautifully provides a marketplace platform for users who comply with our policies, to find information, and display and sell products on agreed-upon terms.
Transaction Disclaimer
Bought Beautifully is not directly involved in the transaction between any parties; we only provide the platform for the transaction to take place. As a result, Bought Beautifully has no liability or responsibility for any matter arising out of the transaction between a vendor and a buyer. Bought Beautifully is not liable for any damages that may result from any transaction. Bought Beautifully makes no guarantees or representations as to the quality, safety, accuracy or legality of any aspect of the items listed on this site, or as to the ability of a vendor to sell items, or the ability of a buyer to purchase any item. Bought Beautifully cannot ensure that a buyer or vendor will complete a transaction. Therefore, please exercise caution and common sense, and communicate directly with the other party in a transaction before committing to or proceeding with a transaction. The items, which might be bought and sold on the Bought Beautifully platform, are never the property of the site, and Bought Beautifully does not transfer legal ownership of items from the seller to the buyer.
You agree that Bought Beautifully is only designed to provide a platform that permits parties to enter into transactions. By using our site, you agree to use the platform and any related services at your own risk.
Eligibility
To be eligible to use our site as a platform for buying and selling items, you must be at least 18 years of age or older, and must have the capacity to form legally binding contracts under applicable law. When signing up for our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you submit is true and accurate. In addition, you authorize Bought Beautifully to make any inquiries necessary to validate your identity. This may include asking you for further information, requiring you to take steps to confirm ownership of your email address or financial instruments, and/or verifying your information against third party databases or other sources. Bought Beautifully may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer access to or use of the Site to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time.
Account Information, Password, User Profile
Password: When signing up for an account, you will create a username and password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and are liable for the damage resulting from your failure to do so. You agree not to share your username and password with any third party, and further agree not to use the username, password or account of another user. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password.
Account Information: You agree to maintain updated and accurate account information at all times. You agree provide and maintain valid payment information through PayPal.
Account closing: You may close your account at any time. However, all applicable fees will still be charged and any amounts due will remain due. Bought Beautifully reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to cancel unconfirmed or inactive accounts.
Right to Refuse Service
Bought Beautifully reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. If Bought Beautifully terminates your account, if you close your account, or if the payment of your fees cannot be completed for any reason, you remain obligated to pay Bought Beautifully for all unpaid fees plus any penalties, if applicable. If the vendor’s account is not paid in full and becomes past due, the vendor risks penalties such as the suspension of privileges and/or termination of the account. Bought Beautifully may also, at its election, pursue other collection mechanisms, including turning the debt over to collection agencies. In the event that Bought Beautifully retains legal counsel to enforce payment of any sums past due, the vendor whose account is past-due will be responsible for all costs and legal fees incurred in obtaining payment or a legal judgment against the debtor.
User Profile
Your user profile is designed to facilitate transactions that occur through Bought Beautifully. It will include information such as product information, organization information, transaction history, messages from other users, and other account details. Any action designed to undermine the system and/or to alter your profile or the profiles of others is strictly prohibited.
Buying and Selling Items
Uploading and selling products: By uploading products or product information to Bought Beautifully, you acknowledge that you are legally able to sell the product, and that you have truthfully and accurately described the product, the price of the product, the terms of the sale, and the shipping policies. You also represent that all information you have provided regarding your organization and your “kingdom impact” are true and accurate.
Purchasing products
By entering into a purchase transaction with one of our vendors, you acknowledge that you will provide accurate username and account information, valid payment information, and complete all communications necessary to complete the transaction.
Binding Sales
All sales are binding. The vendor is required to abide by the criteria and options they provided when uploading the product or product information, and is required to ship the described item and complete the transaction within the specified timeline, unless there is an exceptional circumstance, such as: (a) the buyer fails to meet the terms of the vendor’s listing (such as payment method), or (b) the vendor cannot authenticate the buyer's identity. The buyer is required to deliver appropriate payment for items purchased, unless there is an exceptional circumstance.
You are solely responsible for your conduct, activities, and submission including but not limited to all text, information, images, graphics, photos, account information, data, and links.
While using this site all users agree not to:
1. Do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory;
2. Act in any fraudulent way or be involved in any fraudulent activities, or promote any criminal activity, or provide any information about illegal activities on our site;
3. Provide any information that is false, misleading, or inaccurate;
4. Post content that might be considered to be hate speech, or is offensive, obscene, defamatory, violent, racist, threatening, or pornographic, or which incites violence or contains nudity or graphic violence;
5. Collect information about users without their consent;
6. Violate the terms of use or any site policy, or any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising);
7. Promote illegal or unauthorized copies of another person's work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, or providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated content or links to pirated content files;
8. Display any unauthorized commercial advertisements on the site or use the site to promote any commercial activity without permission from Bought Beautifully; and
9. Upload or post any material that contains viruses or malicious codes files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
In addition, while using this site vendors specifically agree not to fail to deliver products that have been purchased from you, unless the buyer has failed to comply with the posted terms of purchase.

Compliance
The site “Bought Beautifully ” belongs solely to the non-profit organization Consumers in Christ. You may not use, change or amend in any way the content of this site without the prior written approval of Consumers in Christ. As a Vendor, you are granted a revocable non-exclusive license as part of the Bought Beautifully Vendor Agreement to use references to Bought Beautifully and its logo in connection with linking to your marketplace shop on the site to and from other web pages.

Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights may exist on all text relating to the Bought Beautifully ’s services and the full content of this website.
Bought Beautifully ’s logo, service names, buttons and icons are property of Consumers in Christ, and may be registered trademarks of Consumers in Christ.
Fees, Services, Payments
Fees and Services: Bought Beautifully does not charge a fee for joining our site, creating a shop, or posting items. Unless otherwise stated, all fees and prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. The Fees Schedule is outlined on the Payment Transaction page and is incorporated by reference herein. We charge a transaction fee to the vendor to cover the fees incurred by processing your transaction through our site. It will be equivalent to the standard fee charged by PayPal. Currently, the vendor will be charged 2.9% of the transaction price (3.9% if it is an international charge) plus $0.30 per transaction. Each vendor is responsible for paying his or her transaction fees. Please consider this fee when you set the price of your product. The transaction fee will be charged to the vendor directly via PayPal during the transaction of your sale.
Shopping Fee
Buyers will be charged a convenience fee at checkout for the convenience of using of the Bought Beautifully platform services. This fee will be charged on a sliding scale based on the total transaction amount.
Payments from Consumers in Christ
Vendors will be charged directly through PayPal for their products sold on a continual basis.
Payments to Bought Beautifully: You are responsible for paying all charges applicable to your service. Bought Beautifully will send an invoice to the vendor’s email address on file detailing any amounts due. The vendor must pay the amount due in full within 15 days of the date of the invoice, or the account will be considered past due. In addition, you are responsible for paying any taxes, surcharges, fees, and assessments imposed by Bought Beautifully or a governmental authority from time to time in connection with Bought Beautifully’s services. You irrevocably and expressly authorize Bought Beautifully to withhold any monies and/or debit any monies from any account that you have identified to us for any charge backs, fees, costs, deductions, adjustments and any other amounts owed to Bought Beautifully. By using our site you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Bought Beautifully and its owners harmless for any claims, demands or causes of action.
Content
Bought Beautifully does not claim ownership rights to any third party content. When anyone posts, displays, uploads, or submits third party content on the Bought Beautifully site, that user grants Bought Beautifully a nonexclusive, revocable license to use and display the third party content on the site at the election of Bought Beautifully. In addition, in connection with the operation of the site, in any media now known or hereafter known, the user grants Bought Beautifully a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) right to publish, display, perform, reproduce, distribute, and digitally adapt the user’s submission.
By posting content on the Bought Beautifully website, it is possible that a third party may re-post your content. In the event a third party re-posts your content, you agreed to hold Bought Beautifully harmless from any liability arising out of a dispute concerning the re-posting of that content or its consequences.
You warrant and agree that by posting or submitting to Bought Beautifully that you own or otherwise control all of the rights of your submission, without limitation, and that you own all the rights necessary for you to post, upload, or submit the content. Bought Beautifully has no obligation to use or post any submission you may have provided, and may in its sole discretion, remove any submission at any time.
During a transaction, you may obtain personal information, including email addresses, shipping and billing information from another user. This personal information can only be used for the transaction for which it is supplied, or for Bought Beautifully related communications, unless prior permission is obtained from the other user. Bought Beautifully does not grant you a license to use any personal information of another user for any other purpose. No Partnership
You understand and acknowledge that you and Bought Beautifully are independent contractors and that no partnership, employment, joint venture, or agency relationship is created or exists between Bought Beautifully and the user as a result of use of this site.
No Warranty
BOUGHT BEAUTIFULLY, BOUGHT BEAUTIFULLY’S OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS AND ANY THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS MAKE NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, COVENTENTS OR PREPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THIS SITE, THE CONTENT, THE SERVICES, OR ANY THIRD PARTY CONTENT ON THE SITE. BOUGHT BEAUTIFULLY AND ANY THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENCY, OR RELIABILITY OR ANY OF THE CONTENT OR DATA FOUND ON THIS SITE. Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify and hold Bought Beautifully harmless from any claim, demand, legal proceeding, action, claim for damages or other liability, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, relating to any claim of breach of this agreement by any party which gives rise to a dispute between two users, or is the basis of a claim for which Bought Beautifully must defend itself and stems from the user’s use of this site.
No Guarantee
Bought Beautifully strives to provide the best operations and service on this site, however, we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the site and are not liable for any damages incurred by site crashes or downtime.
Disputes – Limited Liability
Bought Beautifully is an online marketplace. We do not represent any user and we do not arbitrate disputes. It is essential that buyers and vendors perform their own due diligence before conducting a transaction. IF YOU HAVE A DISPUTE WITH ONE OR MORE BUYERS OR VENDORS, YOU RELEASE US (AND OUR MEMBERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS,) FROM CLAIMS, DEMANDS AND DAMAGES (ACTUAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL) OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH SUCH DISPUTE.
