Shipping
We work hard to ship your item(s) within 3 business days of receiving your order. When your order ships, you'll receive email confirmation with details on when you can expect it to arrive at your door. Please note that orders ship from our Wyoming headquarters or in some cases, directly from our partners.
Returns (free!)
Our goal is to build a deeply devoted and growing group of people who love Bought Beautifully and the quality products that arrive at their doorstep. Naturally, we want you to be beyond happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not 110% satisfied with your item, just contact us to start the return process.
Please keep in mind we are a small team and we respond as soon as possible in touch to make it right!
Refunds and Exchanges
We will gladly refund, replace, or exchange any unworn/unused item in new condition within 30 days of your purchase.
Defective/Damaged Items
We love our vendors and provide feedback to them related to any issues our customers experience in the rare case that a product arrives damaged or defective. If this happens please reach out to us and we will gladly provide a replacement at no extra cost to you (with the few exceptions below).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
